He told me he could get me bulk, un-arranged flowers at a discounted price when I need them and really has great business ideas. He even felt bad when I said I needed them by a date he could not do. The owner has been in the business for MANY years and drives a refrigerated truck every few to pick out the flowers himself. Customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore. "Today I placed an order for same day delivery and was very pleased...I am from Fresno and live in Houston now and wanted to send my mom birthday flowers. They work with FTD and therefor I was able to see a bunch of the flower arrangements online. My husband has placed orders directly with FTD through FTD's website and has had horrible experiences, I was hoping for better by going through San Francisco Floral. I found an arrangement I really liked at San Francisco's Floral Co website. I ordered online and picked the "larger more expensive" of the 3 choices. After I placed the order and paid online I spoke to my mom and she let me know the times she would be home. So right away I called them and asked when they would be able to deliver. They said they could deliver before noon and I was perfectly fine with that since my brother would be there to open the door. They are very friendly on the phone. I dealt with 2 ladies and they were both SO helpful. They informed me today they had deliveries out all morning due to the memorial services they were having for the 2 fallen highway patrol men. She informed me she would not be able to get the delivery done early morning but before noon, no problem. Well as soon as my brother got the flowers he called and text me a picture of the flowers...well...to my surprise they were very beautiful BUT they were not what I paid for. The arrangement I paid for was the 3rd choice worth more money and had more flowers. The arrangement he received looked like the first choice, less expensive with not as many flowers. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful, it was just not the right size. So of course I called them right away before my mom got home and explained the situation. The man I spoke to (and I wish I remembered his name!!!) was SO nice!!! He apologized and said he could either discount my flowers or he would make a new arrangement more true to the picture and he could have it redelivered. I sprung for the new arrangement because I was willing to spend the money and didn't want to settle on a small arrangement for my mom. It is rare that I have such pleasant experiences like this with customer service. I was very nice at explaining to him the situation and in return he was nice to me as well. I give this establishment a full 5 stars because even though there was a slight problem, they were willing to fix it and not only that, they were so nice about it. ***Sir, whomever I spoke to, I commend you on your great attitude and willingness to please your customers. You have earned my life long loyalty and from now on I will only order flowers for my friends and family in Fresno through you. I wish more businesses had your ethics. "They were fantastic from the start! Just got married on June 20th and my flowers were AMAZING! They made my bouquet and 4 bridesmaid bouquets along with the guys pins. They all turned out amazing. I also ordered buckets of flowers to make our own center pieces in mason jars. Wasn't completely sure what kinds of flowers I wanted so I left it up to them for the suggestions, every single one they picked out was awesome! When they were all put together in the jars they were BEAUTIFUL! They were very affordable too. We went to a number of floral shops and they were quoting me about $1200-$1600 for what I wanted which wasn't in the budget. San Francisco floral got me everything I wanted for $700!
